Seen from below the surface, an arm reaches down beside the underside of a surfboard. The hand opens into deep teal water while bubbles crowd the upper half of the image. A strip of golden light along the board marks the surface overhead.
The hand gives you a way into all that blue. You can read the reach before you make sense of the board or the surface above it. I like the space beneath the fingers: for a moment, there is room for the movement to continue. The bubbles make everything around that gesture feel unsettled.
