Return Policy

At ArtisChroma, we take great pride in offering high-quality, limited edition prints from emerging artists worldwide. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our exacting standards. Due to the unique and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

Exceptions to our Policy:

  • Damage During Shipping: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement print if possible.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If we have made an error with your order, please reach out within 7 days, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please make sure that your order is correct before finalizing it.

Please Note:

  • Any authorized returns must be shipped to our physical office address in Wyoming, USA, with a tracking number provided and with appropriate packaging and insurance to ensure that the print arrives to us in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
